Fill in your details
Enter your name, WhatsApp number and email address. Choose PUDO or PAXI, then tell us your preferred pickup point — or ask Findaroo to choose a convenient nearby point using your suburb or area.
Send it on WhatsApp
Tap Send order to WhatsApp. Your order request, products, Buyer Protection fee and delivery choice are sent directly to Sophia.
Sophia confirms delivery
Sophia checks that your items are available, confirms the correct PUDO locker or PAXI point, selects the right parcel size or service and adds the delivery amount.
Receive your invoice & pay
Your final invoice is sent to you with the items, 5% Buyer Protection, delivery charge, collection point and payment details.
Send proof of payment
Once you have paid, send your proof of payment to Sophia on WhatsApp. Your payment is checked and your parcel is prepared and sent to the confirmed PUDO locker or PAXI point.
