Payment and dispatch

After you receive your invoice and make payment, send your proof of payment to Sophia on WhatsApp. Once payment is verified, your parcel is prepared and sent. Sending this request does not reserve an item until Sophia confirms it.

I understand the 5% Buyer Protection fee and agree to the Buyer Protection terms.

These details are placed into a WhatsApp message to Sophia. Sending the message does not make payment or reserve stock automatically.
